Casey and Jess’ Newport Mansion Engagement Session was the pinnacle of elegance. The couple chose the Marble House for their engagement session: a grand white marble facade accented with intricate gilded age features. Against this backdrop, the couple dressed impeccably in shades of blue and white, echoing the mansions features. Like a scene from a movie, they were the star of the show roaming through mansion grounds. 

The Marble House is one of many grand estates lining the coast of Newport. I love this one because of how sleek the marble looks. Under shade or sunshine the house looks marvelously bright. The large wrap around driveway also allows you to get far enough away from the house to capture it’s entirety while still being on estate grounds. The view of the ocean behind the mansion adds another element of magic to the location. 

As luck would have it, the day of Casey and Jess’ Newport Mansion Engagement session was draped in a soft overcast sky, casting a gentle, diffused light over the sprawling grounds of the estate. This serenity gave us the rare luxury of having the entire estate seemingly ourselves, allowing them to bask in the grandeur of the Marble House undisturbed. 

We captured them strolling through the courtyard, dancing across the marble stairs, and sharing tender moments beneath the towering windows, painting a picture of true romance. Their love radiated through every corner of the grounds, infusing every moment with genuine happiness and joy. 

If you are planning a Newport Mansion engagement session, be sure to purchase a photo permit ahead of time, as security is strict to enforce their photo policy. While a photo permit may be pricy, having such an elegant and grand facade as the backdrop for your photos is priceless.
