Acorn Street Engagement Session | Boston Wedding Photographer

Boston is full of picturesque engagement session locations. However, the two most iconic locations are the Boston Public Gardens and Acorn Street. These famous locations are full of history and charm, and they just so happen to be in walking distance from each other! The Public Gardens is a lush park filled with billowing willow trees, blooming flowers, and iconic Boston landmarks. Acorn Street is a charming narrow street, lined with federal style row houses and set with original colonial cobblestone from 1823! Acorn street draws tourists from around the world, making it one of the most photographed streets in the country! It is quite common to have to wait in line to have a moment on the street, but the wait is worth every second! Plus the surrounding streets of Beacon Hill also provide a stunning backdrop. 

Jenna and Theo chose both Acorn Street and the Public Gardens for their spring engagement session and it was a dream! Our May afternoon was filled with love, laughter, and excitement. Our journey began amidst the enchanting beauty of the Boston Gardens. We wandered through the sunlit paths to find the best hidden nooks away from the crowds. 

The couple brought a hand-painted sign displaying their names and wedding date adding a heartfelt touch to their photos. They couldn’t be more excited for their future wedding! 

Venturing to Beacon Hill for the second part of our session, we sought out the iconic Acorn Street. Despite the crowds, the charm of this narrow cobblestone street lined with gas street lamps and hanging ivy was undeniable. Like a moment from a postcard, the couple embraced each other, surrounded by the old style charm of Boston.

Jenna and Theo’s Acorn Street engagement session was a celebration of love and the timeless beauty of Boston. I had so much fun capturing their affection for one another and know they will cherish these memories for years to come!
